Our Story

Meridian started in 2011 when our founder realized something: most HR consultants talk at you, not with you. So she decided to do it differently. She spent the first three years working directly with 12 manufacturing and tech companies, learning exactly where HR breaks down in the real world. By 2015, we'd grown to a small team of four. And we stayed small on purpose — because we knew that staying close to clients is what makes the difference. Today, we're still lean, still scrappy, and still obsessed with actually solving problems instead of just charging hourly rates.
